  1. Plan early.
  2. Obtain approval from Principal or Superintendent.
  3. Check school bus availability.
  4. Contact your local Cinemark Theatre to schedule your event or click here to complete the online Reservation Form.
  5. Wait for confirmation of event details from Cinemark (your event is not confirmed until you receive an Invoice Agreement).
  6. Reserve buses.
  7. Send home permission slips, Cinemark Waiver Forms, and collect money from students (if appropriate).
  8. Request school or PTA check (Cinemark does not accept purchase orders or personal checks) or appropriate form of payment.
  9. Submit payment to your local Cinemark theatre box office. Payment must be received at three days prior to your field trip event date.
  10. Enjoy your field trip!
