We currently have the following position(s) available:
Federal Tax Manager - This position will review the Company’s US federal book/tax adjustments, state adjustments, and various income tax returns; assist in the review of the consolidated federal returns and assist in the preparation of the foreign tax credit and other foreign compliance; prepare quarterly federal estimated payment; perform or review research and generate documentation to support tax return filing positions; prepare and review elements of the quarterly global FAS 109 tax provision calculations, including selected foreign countries, domestic book/tax adjustments, account reconciliation, federal consolidated liabilities, deferred inventory walks, and FIN 48 documentation; responsible for research and planning opportunities related to various transactions in relation to federal, state and foreign tax liabilities; review business license; manage the compliance process for the jobs credits; work with the tax staff to assist in training and developing tax skills; handle special projects as required; and project planning and timeline delegation. This position will report to the senior tax manager with responsibility to the state tax manager for state projects and international manager for foreign compliance provisions, and research.
Successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and a minimum of 6 years of corporate tax experience preparing or reviewing federal and state income tax compliance. A Masters in Tax and/or MBA a plus as well as a CPA.
At this level, one must possess the following skills: excellent computer skills; strong written and verbal communications skills; strong technical tax skills and experience using tax research software; proficiency in research, analysis, interpretation and application of tax law; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously through to successful completion; firm understanding of financial accounting practices; ability to interact effectively with management team, external service providers and members of the accounting, finance and tax departments; superior work ethic and dedication to the highest work quality and job excellence; and demonstrated ability to contribute to a culture of excellence, integrity, accountability and team work.

Film Administrative Assistant - Do you love the movies? Do you have excellent Excel skills? Are you highly motivated and energetic as well as organized? This position may be for you. It involves heavy Excel, with some data entry, light Accounting, and communicating internally and externally with all types of personalities.
Successful candidate will be involved in the business side of “Show Business”. As such, they will be producing reports on box office grosses, market percentages, and attendance numbers. This position will require heavy emphasis on putting together reports, and analyzing information, as well as maintaining contacts with theatres and studios.
