As the manager of a theatre, you are expected to work when the action and business is at its highest. Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest times of the week and we don't want you to miss any of the excitement at your theatre! You are offered two days off a week, which could include Sundays. Due to the nature of the business, you can expect to work a fair amount of late hours.

The theatre industry depends on large volumes of people. You must thrive on crowds and the excitement they generate. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, acute organizational skills and the ability to handle cash flow and paper work. Medical and dental insurance is provided on the first of the month following thirty days of employment. We also offer a 401K retirement plan for those employees at least 21 years of age who have completed 1,000 hours and 12 months of employment. Enrollment is offered to eligible employees quarterly. Cinemark currently matches a percentage of your 401K contribution.
