projectors. This is only a small part of the total picture.
Cinemark theatres are filled with advanced technology; from digital
sound systems to computer generated ticket sales. Today's theatre
managers must be adept in a wide spectrum of skills.
The theatre environment is fast paced, pulsating with
energy! If you're an action oriented person, read on. The movie
industry is a leisure activity business. Cinemark is available to
its customers 365 days a year, including holidays, when people want
to escape from their world and join ours. As the manager of a
theatre, you are expected to work when the action and business is
at its highest. Friday and Saturday nights are the busiest times of
the week and we don't want you to miss any of the excitement at
your theatre! You are offered two days off a week, which could
include Sundays. Due to the nature of the business, you can expect
to work a fair amount of late hours.
The theatre industry depends on large volumes of people.
You must thrive on crowds and the excitement they generate.
Qualified candidates should possess strong communication skills,
the ability to learn quickly, acute organizational skills and the
ability to handle cash flow and paper work. Cinemark is an

Cinemark offers a very competitive package for managers
and assistant managers. Salaries vary from each theatre and are
based on skills, length of service and size of theatre.
Medical and dental insurance is provided on the first of
the month following thirty days of employment. We also offer a 401K
retirement plan for those employees at least 21 years of age who
have completed 1,000 hours and 12 months of employment. Enrollment
is offered to eligible employees quarterly. Cinemark currently
matches a percentage of your 401K contribution.
