Cinemark Cin-E-Money FAQ

1. As of October 31, 2005, we will be closing all Cin-E-Money accounts.
We do apologize for any inconvenience. If you have an active account at this time, please use your available balance by October 31, 2005.
If you have any questions, please email to cinemoneyquestions@cinemark.com

2. How do I pay for online tickets in the future without having my Cin-E-Money? Do you only accept credit card?
You can purchase tickets online with a gift card, just as you did with your Cin-E-Money accounts.

3. Will there be fees associated with payment via credit card or gift card?
When purchasing online with a credit card, there is a $0.75 cent service fee per ticket. However, if you use a gift card in place of Cin-E-Money, you will avoid any online service fees.

4. Where do I get a gift card to replace my Cin-E-Money?
You can purchase a gift card at your local theatre, or you can purchase them online.

5. Am I able to recharge the gift cards like I could my Cin-E-Money account?
Yes, you will have to register your gift card online just as you did the Cin-E-Money account. You will also be able to recharge your gift card online or at the theatre.

6. Why are you closing Cin-E-Money?
We have decided to close all Cin-E-Money accounts, due to technical issues and customer complaints. With the growing trend in gift cards, we feel that this is a more flexible option.

7. How do I use my Cin-E-Money account?
Click on the Cin-E-Money icon at Cinemark.com to deposit funds in your Cin-E-Money online account. Once the money has been loaded into your account, you will then register your Cin-E-Money account online and will be assigned a number to purchase tickets.
