A: Everyone 21 years of age and older are welcome! No membership is required.

Q: Can I go into the VIP Room even if I don’t have reservations to see the VIP movie?

A: Absolutely! Have a drink with us! We offer a cozy smoke-free environment with daily drink specials and a scrumptious menu of your favorite appetizers. If you’re seeing a movie in one of the Palace’s 14 other auditoriums, you’re always welcome to visit us before or after your show.

Q: What’s so special about seeing a movie in the VIP Room?

A: The VIP Room is an exclusive movie going experience:

• The VIP Room features a private auditorium with 38 cozy leather reclining seats
• A personable server is available and attends to your needs before and during the show
• Adult audiences provide a distraction-free movie going experience

Q: How far in advanced may I reserve seats?

A: Providing the information to purchase tickets is in order and the show time you’re inquiring about is not already sold out, you can reserve your seats up to *7 days in advance.

Q: How do I make reservations to see the VIP movie?

A: Call us! Monday-Friday after 3pm or Saturday-Sunday after 12pm. We require a major credit card number to reserve the seats via phone. (816)-756-5670. Or just let us know if you have a VIP gift card.

Walk-ins are also welcome! Simply inform the VIP Room attendant you are interested in seeing the movie in our auditorium.

As a walk in patron please keep in mind:

• Other patrons have made reservations
• There is assigned seating
• The show may be sold out!

VIP Policies:

• No one under the age of 21 may enter the VIP Room
• All sales are final. Once reservations are made, your tickets become non-refundable
