NCM Fathom presents an encore performance of Adès’ The Tempest in select theatres on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 6:30 PM in all time zones. Composer Thomas Adès conducts the Metropolitan Opera premiere of his 2004 work, with baritone Simon Keenlyside starring as Prospero, the overthrown Duke of Milan. Director Robert Lepage recreates the interior of 18th-century La Scala in this inventive staging of this famous neoclassical romance.
