Plano, TX, December 7, 2010 - Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CNK), a leading motion picture exhibitor, will open a new 12-screen, all-digital movie theatre featuring a Cinemark XD: Extreme Digital Cinema auditorium in Conway, AR on Friday, December 10, 2010. The new Cinemark Towne Center Theatre, located at 201 Skyline Drive in Conway, will feature stadium seating, all-digital projection, 3D capabilities in six auditoriums, and an XD: Extreme Digital Cinema auditorium with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling screens.

Marketing for Cinemark USA, Inc. "The new theatre offers six
3D-capable auditoriums, so we'll be able to bring our customers a
variety of film titles and provide them with a choice in how they
see Hollywood's latest cutting-edge films, like the holiday
season's highly-anticipated movies "Tron:Legacy 3D," "Gulliver's
Travels 3D," Country Strong," "Little Fockers" and "The Chronicles
of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader 3D."
The new Cinemark XD Extreme Digital Cinema auditorium will offer a
complete entertainment environment featuring a large, wall-to-wall
and ceiling-to-floor screen, plush seating and a custom JBL sound
system featuring crisp, clear digital sound. The digital images
will be delivered by a Doremi server and a Barco digital projector.
The XD auditorium will exhibit the newest movies every week,
including 2D and RealD 3D pictures.
In addition to having digital projection, all 12 auditoriums will
feature stadium seating, which allows customers to enjoy
unobstructed views from plush, high-backed, rocker-style seats with
flip-up cup holders. Other features this theatre will offer are
online and kiosk ticketing, a birthday party room, a game area and
a concession stand providing freshly-popped popcorn, Coca-Cola
fountain beverages and favorite candy brands.
Several grand opening activities and offers are planned, including
radio station appearances throughout opening weekend. Other opening
weekend highlights include the give-away of Cinemark goody bags to
the first 50 customers Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Customers could
win an electric guitar or "free movies-for-a-year at Cinemark"
during the weekend festivities. Additionally, the new theatre will
host a Kids & Family Day on Saturday, December 11 featuring
free photos with Santa and rides on the Santa Train. Further
