CINEMARK OPENS NEW THEATRE IN KAOHSIUNG, TAIWAN
PLANO, TX – (July, 2007) - Cinemark International L.L.C., a dominant theatre exhibition company announces the opening of their second branded theatre in Taiwan.
The 11-screen complex is located in the city of Kaohsiung, in the enormous Dream Mall development. The Dream Mall development contains over four million square feet of space and is designed as an abstract version of a whale. This mall is large enough to support a Ferris Wheel on its roof.
The new 11-screen complex boasts leading edge technology, true stadium-style seating, enormous wall-to-wall screens, Dolby Surround System, 5 VIP auditoriums, a stage for live music, a bar and restaurant.
