CINEMARK WILL OPEN NEW CENTURY 14-SCREEN THEATRE ON MAY 25, 2007 AT WESTFIELD CAPITAL IN OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON

Plano, Texas (May 10, 2007)...Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") will open a new 14-screen Century theatre complete with all stadium-seating in Olympia, WA, on Friday, May 25, 2007. The new theatre will be located at 625 Black Lake Blvd. SW at Westfield Capital. Century Theatres is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Olympia’s newest movie theatre will offer stadium seating, online ticketing, and concession stands providing candy, freshly popped popcorn, and Coca-Cola fountain drinks. Online ticketing available at www.cinemark.com will make it easy for patrons to purchase tickets in advance from the comfort of their home or office. Customers can then bypass lines at the box office and go directly to a kiosk in the theatre lobby, where they may print their own tickets purchased online using a confirmation number given at the time of purchase. The kiosk also allows ticket purchases via a major credit card or Company gift card. In addition, online customers can sign up to receive weekly showtime emails directly from the Company by signing up for free at www.cinemark.com.

"Cinemark is excited to bring this movie theatre to Olympia and to be a part of the Westfield Capital," says Tim Warner, President of the Company. "This is our first Century theatre in Washington and we know patrons will enjoy all of the state-of-the-art amenities that a Cinemark theatre offers."

In addition to the Olympia theatre, Cinemark will add a second theatre location in Federal Way, opening Summer 2007.

Several pre-grand opening events are planned for Grand Opening week, including a Chamber of Commerce breakfast and VIP Screening on May 23rd with passes being given away through various radio stations in Olympia for a free evening of movies, sodas, popcorn and video games. Grand opening weekend giveaways include: a free Cinemark grand opening t-shirt for customers who purchase a large fountain drink at the concession stand, Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End mini-posters, and Shrek the Third masks and magnets. Several Kids Days are also planned for Friday, May 25th from 1pm-3pm with pirate appearances, Saturday, May 26th, and Sunday May 27th from 1pm-3pm complete with free face painting, balloon animals and photo opportunities with a band of pirates.
