CINEMARK WILL OPEN NEW 16-SCREEN CENTURY THEATRE ON JULY 3, 2007 AT THE COMMONS AT FEDERAL WAY

Plano, Texas (July 3, 2007)...Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") will open a new 16-screen Century theatre complete with all stadium-seating in Federal Way, WA on Tuesday, July 3, 2007. The new theatre will be located at The Commons at Federal Way.

The new theatre in Federal Way will offer stadium seating, online ticketing, and concession stands providing candy, freshly popped popcorn, and Coca-Cola fountain drinks. Online ticketing available at www.cinemark.com will make it easy for patrons to purchase tickets in advance from the comfort of their home or office. Customers can then bypass lines at the box office and go directly to a kiosk in the theatre lobby, where they may print their own tickets purchased online using a confirmation number given at the time of purchase. The kiosk also allows ticket purchases via a major credit card or Company gift card. In addition, online customers can sign up to receive weekly showtime emails directly from the Company by signing up for free at www.cinemark.com.

Ticket prices at the theatre will be as follows: Adults before 6p.m. $7.00, Adults after 6pm Sunday through Thursday $9.00, Adults after 6pm Friday and Saturday $9.25, Child and Senior $6.50, Military $6.75.

"This will be Cinemark’s second theatre in the Seattle area," says Tim Warner, Cinemark’s President. "We received a warm welcome with our first theatre in Olympia, WA and we are looking forward to opening a second one."

Cinemark will have an invitation-only pre-grand opening event Grand Opening week. The events include a VIP Reception and VIP event with free movie, drinks, popcorn and video games on free play. Passes to these events are being given away through various media outlets in the area. Grand opening giveaways include a free Cinemark grand opening t-shirt for customers who purchase a large fountain drink at the concession stand and Transformer video game coupons opening day, while supplies last. ‘Kids Day’ is planned for July 3rd from 1-3:00p.m. and July 5tth from 3-5:00p.m. Free face painting, balloon animals will be available for kids and Pirates will be entertaining audiences.
