CINEMARK WILL OPEN A NEW ALL DIGITAL 20-SCREEN THEATRE ON DECEMBER 21, 2007

AT CLACKAMAS TOWN CENTER IN PORTLAND, OREGON.

Plano, Texas (December 11, 2007)...Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") will open a new, all digital 20-screen Century theatre complete with all stadium-seating in Portland, Oregon, on Friday, December 21, 2007. The new theatre will be located at 12000 SE 82nd Avenue at Clackamas Town Center in Portland.

Portland’s newest movie theatre will offer 20 digital projection auditoriums with the latest digital technology, 3D capabilities, stadium seating, online ticketing, and concession stands providing candy, freshly popped popcorn, and Coca-Cola fountain drinks. Online ticketing available at www.cinemark.com will make it easy for patrons to purchase tickets in advance from the comfort of their home or office. Customers can then bypass lines at the box office and go directly to a kiosk outside the theatre lobby, where they may print their own tickets purchased online using a confirmation number given at the time of purchase. The kiosk also allows ticket purchases via a major credit card or Company gift card. In addition, online customers can sign up to receive weekly showtime emails directly from the Company by signing up for free at www.cinemark.com.

All 20 auditoriums will be outfitted with the latest in digital technology. The movie-goer will enjoy quality presentation free from scratches and deterioration, so the movie is presented exactly as the filmmaker intended. The theatre will also be equipped with digital 3D technology in four auditoriums.

"Portland is already home to two of Cinemark’s Century Theatres, and we are pleased to add a third location to the market" says Tim Warner, Cinemark’s President. "Century Clackamas Town Center will bring the latest in digital technology and luxury, providing a great movie-going experience to our customers."

Several invitation-only pre-grand opening events are planned for Grand Opening week, including a charity event benefitting Toys for Tots®. Patrons who receive invitations from local radio stations are encouraged to bring one new, unwrapped toy for admittance to the theatre, where The United States Marines will be on hand for collection. This event includes holiday entertainment, free movies, fountain drinks, popcorn and video games on free play. Other pre-grand opening events throughout the week include a Press Tour, VIP night, and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. The first 100 customers who purchase a ticket on Friday December 21st, and Saturday, December 22nd, receive a free Cinemark “swag” bag filled with movie goodies from the latest upcoming holiday films. Friday, December 21st through Thursday, December 27th, customers can purchase a small fountain drink and popcorn for only $1.00 each.
