TICKETS ON SALE FOR HANNAH MONTANA/ MILEY CYRUS: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS CONCERT

SELECT CINEMARK THEATRE LOCATIONS TO SHOW CONCERT FILM IN DIGITAL 3D!

Plano, Texas...Cinemark Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") is currently selling tickets to the theatrical feature film 3D presentation of the Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds concert. The film will be one of the most anticipated 3D movie events in 2008 and will be shown on Cinemark screens in select markets beginning February 1, 2008 for one week only. Tickets can be purchased now at www.cinemark.com.

Shot on location during her recent sold-out tour, the film will capture all of the excitement and fun of Hannah Montana, Miley Cyrus and opening act, The Jonas Brothers. In addition to the musical fireworks, the film will be presented in eye-popping Digital 3D.

“There is no hotter concert ticket right now, sold-out shows and millions of fans cannot be wrong! Cinemark is proud to make this special event available to our customers and fans of Miley Cyrus and Hannah Montana,” states Phil Hacker, Vice-President of Digital Technology. “Over 30 theatres in 16 states will show this special 3D presentation.”

Tickets are $15.00 each for all seats and all showtimes and are available now at www.cinemark.com. The Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds concert was filmed in the state-of-the-art Disney Digital 3DTM format. It is directed by Bruce Hendricks and produced by Art Repola from the concert tour. Kenny Ortega (“High School Musical”) created and produced the concert and tour.
