RANDOM DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/14/2005 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of judges are final. Winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

1. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One grand prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) to the Walt Disney World® Resort near Orlando, FL. Trip includes: round trip coach air travel for four (4) between major U.S. airport closest to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport, four (4) ground transfers to/from Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort, accommodations for 5 days/4 nights [one (1) standard rooms, quadruple occupancy] at a WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort hotel and Four (4) five-day MagicYour Way Tickets with Park Hopper® option and Water Park Fun and More option. Winner will also receive 100 Disney Dollars and use of transportation within the Walt Disney World® Resort. If winner lives within 150 miles of Walt Disney World® Resort, they will not receive airfare and instead receive $200 cash to cover travel expenses (ARV up to $4,614.00). In the event of termination of the sweepstakes, a notice will be posted online and a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of termination. In the event a potential winner entered via internet and a dispute arises regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, entries made by internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder and any damage made to the website will also be the responsibility of the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Participant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all submissions by such methods. The potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D., etc.) prior to departure. If the Grand Prize winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who must accompany minor on trip. If the Grand prize winner selects guest who is a minor (other than winner’s child or ward), he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who will become one of the 4 guests and who must sign the Release of Liability on minor's behalf. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to-Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold harmless Sponsor,Walt Disney Parks and Resort, their respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the directors, officers, employees and assigns, of each against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.
