ELIGIBILTY: Sweepstakes begins September 31, 2005, and ends 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 3, 2005. All entrants must be legal U.S. residents to enter and be 13 years of age or older as of November 3, 2005. If a winner is a minor, then a parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on the minor’s behalf. Corporate entities are not eligible. Employees and the immediate family members of such employees (or people living in the same household as them) of Cinemark USA, Inc., McFarlane Toys and DreamWorks Distribution L.L.C. (the “Sponsors”) and the affiliated companies of each are not eligible. Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Sweepstakes Rules.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the Cinemark website, www.cinemark.com. Submit your entry by fully completing and submitting the entry form at the site. Alternatively, entries may be sent via US mail to Cinemark Theaters WALLACE & GROMIT - CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT Sweepstakes, 3900 Dallas Parkway, Suite 500 Plano, TX 75093 and must include name, age, address, e-mail address and phone number of entrant. Entries must be received by close of business November 3, 2005. There is no charge or cost to register or enter. Limit one entry per e-mail name/address per day. The Sponsors and their respective agents are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail/mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user’s ability to participate in or enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible, and may disqualify you, if your e-mail address does not work or if it is changed without prior notice to us via e-mail. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures affect the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsors, in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is so canceled, any and/or all announced winners will receive prizes to which they are entitled as of the date of cancellation; the unawarded prizes will be donated to charity.
RANDOM DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 8, 2005 to be conducted by Cinemark’s designated judges, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail on or about November 15, 2005. Odds of winning a prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
