Cinemark offers special morning showings for public and private schools. This gives teachers the opportunity to tie in current school curriculum with the excitement and thrill of attending a movie. It also offers options for field trips, incentive programs and end-of-year celebrations. Please read and review the following terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Qualifications, Availability and Booking

1. School groups must have a minimum of 50 people attending to book a special morning showing.
2. Special showings are available Monday through Friday during the regular school year. Showtime availability may vary. However, the movie start times are typically 8:30, 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. Exceptions may apply.
3. The School Group Package includes the movie ticket, popcorn, drink, and candy. The price of the package varies by theatre.
4. Due to film studio contracts, movies are subject to change without notice.
5. In order to maintain our published daily show times, your movie must begin as scheduled.
6. An invoice, detailing the event and pricing, will be sent out as soon as all details are finalized.
7. A School Group Sales Agreement must be signed and returned to Cinemark within 48 hours for your event to be scheduled. Cinemark must receive full payment 3 days prior to the event or the event is subject to cancellation.
8. Any change to the event details, as per the signed agreement, will require a $25.00 processing fee except for an increase in the number of school packages purchased, if seating space is available.
9. Cinemark accepts credit cards, school checks or money orders for payment.
10. If cancellation of this event is necessary, the school must notify the School Group Coordinator by telephone or e-mail a minimum of 7 days prior to the event date. If notice of cancellation is not given within this period, you will be charged the full amount of the invoice.
11. If fewer people attend the movie than paid for, no refunds or passes will be issued.
