For 5 years of service an employee receives a metal band watch. Beautifully printed inside the crystal are Cinemark and Five Years.

The 10-year service award recipient receives a 10-karat or 14-karat ring with a 10-point diamond signifying 10 years of service at Cinemark. The manufacturer custom makes each ring for the specific employee when the order is placed. For those employees that would prefer watches instead, two of the five-year watches can be substituted.

The 15-year award recipient receives a custom-made pin and a $900 American Express Persona Card to use at hundreds of establishments.

The 20-year award recipient receives a 1-oz Platinum Eagle coin in a cherry wood box valued at $1200. The box has Cinemark The Best Seat In Town In Recognition of Twenty Years of Dedicated Service, the recipient’s name and the years of service.
