Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and guests. All equipment, props and the experience area are disinfected after each group, and common areas and touch points are cleaned frequently throughout the day. We strive to maintain a safe environment for everyone at all times.
We disinfect using products and protocols that are cleaning products identified by the EPA to be effective in eliminating COVID-19 and other viruses and bacteria. We have also added more hand sanitizing stations for guests to use during their visit.
We ask that groups arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before their reservation time and to adhere to all posted guidelines and social distancing markers.
Yes. All staff and guests are required to wear a mask inside The VOID. You are welcome to wear your own mask or we have limited quantities available. All guests will also have their temperatures checked and will be supplied with nitrile gloves to wear for the duration of their visit.
No, different parties will not be paired together.
We ask that anyone who is sick or has symptoms of COVID-19 reschedule for a later date. Additionally, masks are required for all guests and employees, and guests will be supplied with nitrile gloves to wear during their visit. We have also implemented a temperature check for guests and employees. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4°F or higher will be asked to reschedule their visit.
Any guest who feels unwell, has a fever, and/or has any COVID-19-like symptom is asked to please refrain from entering the theatre, and instead, request a contactless refund online, in our app or call 1-800-CINEMARK.
The VOID is a whole-body, fully immersive experience, with you, your friends and family physically inside the action. It’s location-based entertainment – that means you visit one of our locations – and you walk into real-time virtual reality that combines interactive sets, real-time effects and amazing technology.
All guests must be a minimum of 48 inches (1.20 m) tall and at least 10 years of age or older to visit The VOID. You’ll need to sign a waiver before entering The VOID and any guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign the liability waiver.
We can accommodate up to four guests in a single group. If your party has more than 4 people, your party will be split into multiple groups – please purchase the closest available tickets. Parties with fewer than 4 may be paired with additional guests.
Please plan to spend at least 30 minutes at our location. Due to popularity and demand, there may be periodic waits. During Peak Hours, please allow up to one hour for your end-to-end experience.
We recommend arriving at least ten minutes before your scheduled time. This includes all group members.
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. There may be a wait while we work you back into the schedule.
The VOID does not offer group discounts at this time at any of our locations.

Tickets can be scanned from your phone. If you are having problems viewing your tickets, please rest assured our team can look up your tickets when you arrive.
There are a limited number of tickets available for purchase in person. However, booking online is the best way to visit at your preferred time.
Yes. Photos are ok in specially designated photo areas; but photography, selfie sticks, portable cameras and videography behind the VOID Stage are strictly prohibited.
Our equipment is adjustable for larger sizes, and extension straps for the vests are available on request. The gear is slipped over the shoulders like a backpack. Our helmets are designed to be universal and adjust for large sizes.
For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, hyper-sensitivity to multi-sensory effects or any other condition that could be aggravated by this adventure.
We provide storage bins or lockers for all loose articles prior to entering The VOID. Please note that The VOID is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Your family is welcome to wait in the lobby or merchandise areas while you’re in The VOID; but remember, it’s lots more fun when you experience The VOID together with your family and friends.
Guests needing accessibility accommodations may be able to go through The VOID. A complimentary wheelchair is available for any guests requiring mobility assistance. Guests may use their own wheelchairs as long as the wheelchair does not exceed 34" (87 cm) in width. Guests using electric conveyance vehicles or scooters may be asked to transfer to a wheelchair.
We do NOT advise going through while expecting.
Even large frames fit very comfortably under our helmets. Please don't hesitate to ask our team for assistance adjusting your helmet for the best view.
Our experience will show completely per eye, so you will see as you normally would in The VOID Dimensions. You will be able to explore and move around objects very naturally.
We have had guests with hearing aids attend. Please let our team know you'll need extra help with situating the helmet, for your mission. They will help you adjust the helmet on your head until it is situated correctly and won't cause feedback.
Because of the quality of our equipment, we rarely have reactions to motion sickness.

In an effort to enhance the safety and security of our guests and employees, any bags or packages measuring larger than 2”x12”x6” will not be permitted into the theatre effective February 22, 2018. There is an designated area for participants to place any or all loose articles prior to entering The VOID. Please note that The VOID and Cinemark Theatres is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

If you purchased your tickets while signed in to your Cinemark account, you can perform a self-service refund any time before the showtime. The purchasing credit card information will be required for confirmation in order to complete the self-service refund. To refund your tickets, sign in to your account on cinemark.com and view your upcoming tickets within your account. Find the tickets which you wish to refund, and select “Request Refund.” Enter your card information for confirmation and follow the instructions to refund your tickets to the original payment method(s).
