GROW is an exuberant family film about humongous pumpkins and even bigger dreams. Dinah Little is a no-nonsense farmer who lives in in the self-proclaimed "Pumpkin Capital of the World.” When she discovers her niece Charlie in an orphanage, she grudgingly takes her in. The biggest event in Dinah’s village is the annual giant-pumpkin-growing contest that’s capped by a huge cash prize. The competition is cutthroat, and the villagers have no qualms about sabotaging each other’s pumpkins. It’s all-out vegetable warfare, but Charlie has an empathic link to plants and decides to enter the contest. As she nurtures her pumpkin and helps him grow, so does the love between Dinah and Charlie. Please note this starts promptly at the scheduled start time.
