No Children Under Age 6 Will Be Admitted To Any R-Rated Feature After 6:00 PM. Valid IDs will be required to attend Rated "R" movies. You must be at least 17 years of age or have your parent accompany you to view the movie. IDs will be checked at the theatre. Camp Cinemark is a uniquely designed, kid-friendly themed auditorium, perfect for enjoying your favorite family movies! Designed especially with little campers in mind, Camp Cinemark is great for birthday parties, special events, and more! Camp Cinemark rules: 1. Adults must accompany their little campers! And yes, that’s right, all Adults must have a little camper with them to enter Camp Cinemark before 9:00pm daily! 2. Take care of yourself, all little campers with you, and your Camp gear, because Cinemark is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, damages, or lost items due to camper’s negligence or non-compliance. 3. No running, horseplay, wandering around, jumping, standing on seats, or other monkey business while the movie is playing at Camp Cinemark! All campers need to stay on the straight and narrow! 4. Enjoy your time at Camp by placing your cell phones on silent or into CineMode when the movie begins! By purchasing a ticket to this auditorium, all campers have accepted and agree to follow all the Camp Cinemark rules.

Refund Policy

Tickets: Ticket purchases are only valid for the location and film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets. Online Refunds: Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. If your showtime has not passed, you can request a refund by providing the email address associated with your ticket purchase and the last 4 digits of your gift card or credit card. Sign-in to your account to access your tickets even faster. Request a refund now on cinemark.com/refund-request. Refund or exchanges at the theatre's box office: Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theatre's box office any time on or before the showtime. To exchange cinemark.com ticket purchases at the theatre, the credit card or gift card used in the purchase must be presented at the box office. To refund cinemark.com ticket purchases at the theatre (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card or gift card used in the online purchase must be presented at the box office to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. In the unusual situation that a show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund for the full purchase price of your tickets, including any service charges. Refunds conducted on the same date of the transaction will be voided and the original pending charge will fall off the applicable account in up to 5-7 business days. Concessions Mobile Orders: At this time, you must refund both your movie tickets and your mobile concessions order. Refunds for only your concessions are not available at this time. Once the showtime for your movie tickets have passed, your order is not refundable.
