Cinemark accepts payment methods including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cinemark gift cards, Prepaid Tickets and Supersavers.
Cinemark Cash works similarly to store credit, and like a Cinemark gift card, it never expires. When you request a refund for a purchase through your Cinemark account, you have the option to receive immediate credit in the form of Cinemark Cash, or you can choose a refund to your original payment method. Refunds issued to credit cards typically take 5-7 business days to process. However, if you made your purchase using Movie Club credits or a Cinemark gift card then your refund will be processed instantly.
If you opt for a refund in the form of Cinemark Cash, it can be used online at cinemark.com or through the Cinemark app. It’s important to note that Cinemark Cash cannot be used at the theatre.
Cinemark Cash can only be issued to a Cinemark account for purchases made at cinemark.com or in the Cinemark app. To check a Cinemark Cash balance, log in and visit the account section of your profile.
Cinemark gift cards can be purchased and used online or in theatres, and can be redeemed for tickets, concessions & more. Keep in mind Cinemark gift cards never expire, so be sure to stock up during seasonal promotions and special flash sales throughout the year!
You can give the gift of movies with Cinemark Prepaid Tickets. Perfect for giveaways, large groups, employees, teachers and more, a Cinemark Prepaid Ticket is a commemorative card worth the price of one general admission movie ticket. Recipients of the Cinemark Prepaid Ticket may redeem their card to see a movie.
The Cinemark Prepaid Ticket shares the basic function of existing Platinum Supersavers commemorative movie ticket cards. Platinum Supersavers cards that have already been purchased but have not yet been redeemed will continue to be honored at Cinemark theatres, even as the Cinemark Prepaid Ticket will ultimately replace Platinum Supersavers.
