Adapted from the beloved literary classic, 20th Century Fox's THE CALL OF THE WILD is an epic family film which vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Alaskan Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s. As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team--and later its leader--Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master.

He suffers from multiple disorders for which he takes what seems like an endless assortment of prescription medications. Just as Hank plans to reveal his issues to Jess, she surprises him with an invite to an island resort. He keeps his secret for the sake of the trip, but upon arrival at the distant resort, Hank realizes he does not have his medication. Comedy and chaos ensues as Hank loses control over his many symptoms. [In Select Theatres]

In PORTRAIT OF A LADY ON FIRE, the young painter Marianne (Noémie Merlant) is commissioned to paint a portrait of Héloïse (Adèle Haenel) in order to secure a marriage proposal, she has no idea what sort of situation she's walking into. Héloïse does not want to marry, and so she refuses to sit for a portrait. What begins as a sort of cat-and-mouse game of painting and friendship develops into something far more powerful as the two women realize how alike their interests really are.

BIRDS OF PREY (tantalizingly subtitled "And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn") is the first big superhero movie of 2020. It's a twisted tale told by Harley herself, as only Harley can tell it. When Gotham's most nefariously narcissistic villain, Roman Sionis, and his zealous right-hand, Zsasz, put a target on a young girl named Cass, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya's paths collide, and the unlikely foursome has no choice but to team up to take Roman down.
