Curfew & Age Policy

No one under the age of 17 will be permitted into this theatre on Friday and Saturday evenings after 8pm, unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardian must stay and watch the same movie with their children on those evenings. No Children under age 6 will be admitted to any R-rated feature after 6:00pm. Valid ID’s will be required to attend R-rated movies. You must be at least 17 years of age or have your parent accompany you to view the movie. To comply with the City of Chesapeake code, Section 46.7, minors under 16 years of age will not be permitted to attend any feature with a scheduled ending time after 11pm, unless accompanied by their parents. Minors 16 years of age and older will not be permitted to attend any feature with a scheduled ending time after 12:30am unless accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
