Q: How does it work?

A: It’s easy! Just scan your member ID during checkout at the concession stand and let us know you’d like to apply a credit (or several) to your purchase. We’ll apply the value of your credit (the total amount you paid for 1 month of Movie Club membership) towards your total. You still get your 20% savings too!

Q: Do I have to use my credit?
A: No way! How you use your Movie Club credits is completely up to you. Credits will continue to be valid for tickets and will roll over if unused… this is just an extra way to enjoy them at Cinemark!

Q: Can I apply more than 1 credit to my purchase?
A: Absolutely! There’s no limit to the number of credits you can apply… treat yourself or the whole gang using your Movie Club credits!

Q: How much is my credit worth?
A: Your credit will apply the same amount you paid for your Movie Club membership (PLUS any tax paid) to your concession total. Your 20% savings as a Movie Club member AND any Cinemark Movie Reward discounts you want to use will also be applied before your credit value, so the savings keep stacking.

Q: What if my total is less than the value of my credit?
A: The full credit value must be applied if you opt to use your credits, and we’re unable to return any unused portion of a credit.

If your order total is less than your credit is worth, we recommend adding that extra snack you’ve had your eye on… remember, you get 20% off as well!

Q: What can I buy with my credit?
A: In addition to tickets, your credits are now good towards ANY concession food or drink purchase. Popcorn, drinks, candy, hot dogs… whatever you’re craving! You can even use it at Cinemark restaurants. The only thing credits can’t be used for is alcohol.

Q: Can I refund my concession transaction and get my credit back?
A: Yes! If for any reason you need to refund your concession purchase, your credit will be automatically added back to your account and any additional money exchanged will be refunded.

Q: Can I use my credit for online concession ordering?
A: Right now, using your credit for concessions is only available for in-theatre purchases. But don’t worry, we’re hoping to expand to online concession orders soon!

Q: What is an NFT?
A: Non-fungible tokens (NFT’s) are digital assets with a special digital signature that makes each one unique. NFT’s can be photos, videos, audio files, or any other digital format.

Q: Does having the Movie Club Platinum Exclusive NFT affect my Platinum status in any way?
A: No, the NFT is a limited edition, collectible way to commemorate your status. Your Platinum tier benefits will not be affected, regardless of whether or not you redeem your NFT.

Q: How do I access my NFT once I’ve redeemed it?
A: You can visit and click “My Wallet” in the upper right hand corner to log in with your Movie Club Platinum email address to access your NFT at any time. You can also transfer your NFT to another digital wallet if you’d like!

Q: Who is eligible for the Platinum Exclusive NFT?
A: Any Movie Club member who earns Platinum status on or before December 31, 2022 is eligible for the Platinum Exclusive NFT.

Q: How do I redeem the Platinum Exclusive NFT?
A: Members who earned Platinum status anytime before 11/29/22 will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem on 12/1/22. Their Platinum Exclusive NFT will be available immediately upon redemption.

Movie Club members who earn Platinum between 11/29/22 and 12/31/22 will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the Platinum Exclusive NFT shortly after qualifying. Please allow up to 10 business days for email to arrive.

Q: Do I HAVE to redeem my NFT?
A: Absolutely not! Redeeming (or not) the Platinum Exclusive NFT is completely optional and does not affect your Platinum status in any way-it’s just our way of thanking you for being a loyal member!

Q: What does the Platinum Exclusive NFT cost?
A: The reward is absolutely FREE to all Movie Club members who earned Platinum status on or before December 31, 2022, even if members have zero points.
